Irene J. Opalewski
age 94 of Clay Twp., MI. died December 27, 2015 in the St. John Hospital Detroit. She was born July 12, 1921 in Detroit, MI.

Mrs. Opalewski is survived by her son Stephen Opalewski and grandchildren Julie Dautarmann and Paul Opalewski. She was predeceased by her husband Bernard and a daughter Margaret Fiegel.

Mrs. Opalewski will be instate at 11:15 AM with Mass at 12:00 Noon Wednesday December 30, 2015 in the Our Lady on the River Parish St. Catherines Catholic Church, Algonac, MI. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Detroit. Memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes. Arrangements by the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac.
