Benjamin X. Wabich Sr.
age 75 of Algonac, MI. died April 26, 2016 in the St. Johns River District Hospital. He was born August 27, 1940 in Hamtramck, MI. He married Barbara J. Lorey on February 15, 1965 in Detroit, MI.

Mr. Wabich was a 30 year U.S. Navy Veteran having served 5 Tours of duty in Vietnam.

Mr. Wabich is survived by his wife Barbara, children Susan (Michael) Storey, Benjamin (Cindy) Wabich, Jr., and Joan (Steve) Hart, a sister Patricia Minier, and 5 grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held from 1-4 PM Saturday April 30, 2016 in the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac. Military Honors service 11:30 AM Monday May 2, 2016 at the Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd. Holly, MI. 48442. Memorial donations may be made to the Family Wishes.
